Kindra's Pageant 2010

way too cute and way too fun to watch her perform! i LOVE her expressions....

ahhhhhhh.....

these 2? they have a special bond. he is so kind to her and she thinks the world of him. oh the innocence of a child. (except when his innocent honesty tells me that my "bum" is getting a little big. lol. yeah. that's one of the joys of being paralyzed. when the muscles just turn to non-existent bla. but it's one thing to know it and it's one thing to be told it. great. let the cardio become even double...)
what do you think was the first thing that carter did when he woke up this morning? he came in and asked, begged, to shovel the snow. yeah. that is so my carter!
check this out! this is what carter has been working on at scouts for the past 2 weeks. he was so excited to show us and was so proud. i got giddy as he marched out to the car with this by his side. i love seeing that accomplished look on his face and i love seeing him do things that help his self esteem. it makes my heart full of happiness! i'm serious!
and then later on, this was the message that i was sent. ahhhhh...such a proud mom i am! i love these little moments that make it all seem worth it. all of it.

Cyndi Bell I just had to say Carter was so polite today...what a great mom raising a good kid--- Katie Terry thanks cyndi! what did he do at scouts? your dad is the best! Cyndi Bell he was just politely cute...we were upstairs and answered door...he asked "is mr. bell home" "yes they are downstairs" "can i go down" "yes go ahead" "thank you"....not anything out of ordinary for him i'm sure.....but it was very cute!
