before i can even begin this post, i have to explain exactly how it is that i know another one of "my kindred spirits" kindee. enjoy the beginning of
this past post but it's not until my semester in italy that the bond we now have was formed...
i was so excited when i found out that kindee was planning the "Adventure Race For Africa" because i had just decided to start training for a "tri" and this would be my first "attempt". i was still a bit worried about the swimming aspect but with this race, the water would take place in a canoe. woot woot! and especially since this event was for an
awesome cause. one that i am a part of as i am now on the board. :)
oh and let's not forget the most important part of this morning....TREVOR TOOK THE CHALLENGE AND DID IT WITH ME!!!

my FIRST EVER wreck...hahaha...i turned to sharp and over i went. i figure it had to happen sometime, right?!
i LOVE this picture! so perfectly romantic...
this was only the beginning of my summer tri experience. i hope to continue doing these great activities, staying healthy, continually making more memories, and doing them with my loves...my little family! xxx
