Amazement...

i had an awesome experience today. as we came down the mountain, it began to snow like crazy...CRAAAZY! it had been a perfect ski day so i was already excited with how great the fresh powder was. it was then that i had the most surreal "nature'esque" experience. i had just paused to clean my goggles and right before i began to push off to head down the mountain, the LOUDEST, LOUDEST clap of thunder sounded. i have NEVER heard something that loud and wondrous! there are not words that can truly describe what i felt, how beautiful and awesome that it was. i will never forget what that moment and experience felt like!
