stealing the fun...

so i went on over to one of my blogging besties and she had done this. well of course i had to copy the idea and do one myself. so go over there and check her answers out and then come back over to mine and see how well they match.

these are just so fun to do. i love to really sit down and think about what my answers are going to be. i wonder which traditions that my kids will also had down when they have their own families....?

1. What is your holiday wish for your family? that they can keep believing in the christmas spirit and the miracles for as long as they can...

2. What is your Christmas morning tradition? presents! small breakfast, parents come down to see what the kids gifts were, then up to my parents for the grandkids to open up more presents, and then a nice dinner. then we all pile in the car and head to a movie :)

3. If you could ask Santa for one, completely decadent wish for yourself, what would it be? unlimited botox and skin tucks when needed...lol... and an acceptance to be a participant on "the amazing race"!!!

4. How do you make the holidays special without spending any money? putting up the decor and making the home feel like christmas. going downtown to see the temple square lights. and yes. making up funny santa stories for the kids to believe...and it works!!!

5. What games did you play with your family growing up? risk and ink blotz

6. What holiday tradition have you carried on from your own childhood? we pick brother and sister names to give a gift to and we open them up on christmas eve and then eat a small and random variety of finger foods. throwing tennis balls on the roof along with a jingle of bells to sound like santa has landed :)

7. Where would you go for a Christmas-away-from-home trip? somewhere warm and nothing but complete relaxation. kind of hawaii like. warm, sun, tan, and lazy. what could be better than that?!? NOTHING :)
